Before buying any products from our online shop on our website www.lonelovschal.com please read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly as they, together with the documents referred to within them, tell you the terms and conditions on which you purchase our products.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Payments online will be requested through Paypal, debit card or credit card. When a payment has been taken, you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. If you find any difficulties to pay online please contact us directly and we can help you process the order.
All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices with immediate effect and without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is that which is listed on the website for the product in question at the time that you place your order. When you place an order, the payment total will be reserved on your account, but the money will not be deducted from your account until we ship your order.
DELIVERY and Shipping
You can expect to receive your order within 5 business days, if the items are in stock. If the desired product is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make arrangements. Maximum delivery time is 6 weeks if the item is made to order, in that case you will be informed.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by you by Post Nord or DHL. The shipping charges will be listed on the checkout pages and in the order confirmation that you will receive via e-mail.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched. We cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, and so cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time at the recipient address.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you make a note that you have received a damaged package when signing for the shipment.
If you are not happy with the product, you have the right to cancel or exchange your purchase made on the website at any stage between placing your order and within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel or exchange your order, you must inform us that you wish to do so, by mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org You cannot simply choose not to receive/sign for the package upon delivery.
Product returns, for either cancelled orders or exchanges, must be sent to the following address: Løvschal, Gammel Mønt 37, DK-1117 Copenhagen K, Denmark, you can also deliver them personally in the shop, within the opening hours, if you have informed us about this in advance.
You must return the product(s) no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your wish to withdraw or exchange. All returns must be unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging and you will pay the return shipping cost. We recommend that you always send your parcel insured and with tracking options.
When you cancel a purchase we will refund your payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
Refunds will be transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made unless agreed otherwise between us.
Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are commissioned or customised pieces.

You have 24 months of warrant. This means that if you notice a defect or fault in your product within 2 years after receiving your items, you are entitled to get a reparation of the defect or have it replaced with a new comparable product if it can not be repaired. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You shall file your complaint within “reasonable time” after having detached a fault in your product. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered , the complaint will be accepted.
If we don't come to any agreement you can make inquiry to The European Commission's online complaints portal. Complaints can be filed at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. On filing a complaint, you must state our e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to conduct transactions with you, we need the following personal information; your name, address, phone number and email address. This information is registred with us and will be stored securely for as long as necessary, hereafter it will be deleted. We do not disclose any personal information to third parties and you are always entitled to know what data we have registred on you; you can do so by contacting us on email@example.com
